Pros

Tpay as a whole is a great company, they are awesome at what they do! Great culture

Cons

Upper management is horrible in most departments! No change to grow or succeed, AVP’s in most departments all came from sister concern TBC, They didn’t let anyone from the team grow. Avp has no leadership skills, unable to manage team, doesn’t know what he’s doing. No communication skills, no training skills. Leadership needs to look into changing up upper management. Get rid of them and create a whole new A team. Company has a lot of potential with the right team, the current team is causing a lot of turn overs and once again they don’t have the skills to lead a team.

Pros

Talented Engineers. Surrounded by people that lof the craft of SWE.

Cons

Onboarding takes too many iterations on authorizations for new hires or when teams change.

Pros

Exciting growth opportunity in an expanding business. The transportation sector is rife with poorly designed SaaS products so the possibility to create something excellent from the ground up was very enticing.

Cons

Poor business goals lead to fragmented direction for the product team. Every quarter we targeted new customers, products, and acquisitions. Add to that the fact that employees were blamed for this lack of direction. Many were given ambiguously poor performance reviews based on hearsay and selected for dismissal after being presented with 30 day PIPs which were ambiguous and poorly managed. This created an atmosphere of fear and distrust where no one was happy to be there.
