Nothing at all they truly do not care for growth. I will also make it known I’m not an employee but I am with someone who truly works soooo hard for this company and they do not deserve what they are getting.
Cons
This company is absolutely horrible. How can you hire someone and have them train EVERYONE even a NEW manager who knows nothing and give that person nothing in return. Some people should NOT be bosses. Especially if you aren’t willing to actually let someone grow into something they truly can become. Do better orrrr I will do you one better CLOSE.
