      TROC Disorganized mess of a company

      There are not any Pros to working at TROC

      Cons

      TROC is a disorganized shambles of a company. They don’t communicate with you at all. They don’t follow up with you at all. Worst, most disorganized company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

      A paycheck, now the only pro! It use to be great. Now it's time to look for a new job!

      Cons

      At first, it was a great laid back company, with a positive future. They sold theirselves to the devil. (Cricket Wireless). They fired their upper management staff, all of the ancillary Sales Reps (CBA's), demoted their field Managers, then promoted their top performers (who had cake walk territories) to appease their awful and spineless client. (Cricket Wireless).
