Pros
At the core of Troi there are some really great people, and it is a company with flexibility at the heart. As long as your client is happy, there is no 'mandate' about number of days in the office, or even strict working hours, so it works well for those with young children. Troi work, and have worked, with an array of great businesses, allowing exposure for employees to some strong brands, and likely brands they wouldn't work with if they didn't work for Troi. This gives these recruiters new challenges, where some really thrive and others need a fair bit of hand-holding. There is an opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on your performance with your client.
Cons
Communication from the top could definitely be improved, and as the market improves and Troi grows again, hopefully this will happen. Loyalty could be rewarded further - Whilst retention hasn't been important over the last year of difficult times, it is important now to retain the best people to help with the re-growth. During the growth phase some big mistakes were made with hiring the wrong people.
