Working with Trooh has been a unique and invigorating experience that is incomparable to other workplaces. The work environment is welcoming and progressive, the teams are supportive and motivating and the heads of departments are well involved and extremely reliable. There is so much effort that goes into procuring a healthy work experience where individuals are able to thrive and I can confidently say that Trooh is one of the very few places that has taken on this initiative quite succesfully. Since being a part of the Trooh family I was able to recognize my value, utilize my fullest potential and feel empowered. There are absolutely no limitations within this organization - from the CEO, Directors and HR; to Managers and staff - you will be met with enthusiasm, transparency and overall the most amazing people to work with.
