Very laid back organization. Company is all about employee gatherings. Not a typical banking culture, but focus on employee satisfaction.
Cons
Must be part of the cliq. Expectations is more based on how you please employees, than results of the getting the process improved. Too many employees with over 20 years tenure and not having fundamentals of basic knowledge of systems. employees are home grown with processes passed down whether they are best practices are not. Management is not looking for new or improvement of process, they are just focused on making employees feel happy. Challenging knowledge or expectations to meet the fundamentals is not a priority. Dependent on third party vendor support instead of having the internal team trained to run the systems to best practices.
