Egos are checked at the door, and each member of the team brings with them a wealth of experience and perspectives that are helping to shape this growth-mode startup. The environment is supportive and collegial and everyone is invested in the company's success.
Cons
TruSummit is still very much a startup and with that comes a lot of growing pains on the operational side. Processes aren't perfected yet, priorities are shifting, and the company is figuring out the details as it goes. If you're seeking an environment where it's all been figured out for you, that's not TruSummit.
