This is a great small company that is hyper focused on customer satisfaction and has an amazing fun culture that fosters learning and investing in their people.

To put it very simply, TruSummit is filled with good people. Egos are checked at the door, and each member of the team brings with them a wealth of experience and perspectives that are helping to shape this growth-mode startup. The environment is supportive and collegial and everyone is invested in the company's success.
Cons
TruSummit is still very much a startup and with that comes a lot of growing pains on the operational side. Processes aren't perfected yet, priorities are shifting, and the company is figuring out the details as it goes. If you're seeking an environment where it's all been figured out for you, that's not TruSummit. If you're craving a place where your voice can be heard and you're ready to take the risks that come along with startups, TruSummit fits the bill.
