Great people and a modern open plan office created a good work environment. Opportunities to take on large, interesting projects within small teams. Able to learn a great deal from experienced senior staff members.

It seemed like there was issues within the senior management but this was not shared with the rest of the employees and this could be confusing at times, creating uncertainty. As a small company, there is not a lot of room for promotion.
