Cons
Managerial incompetence is tolerated and rewarded at the cost of the employee skills, their well-being and the company as a whole. Archaic approach to running a company. Encouraged to do as you are told rather than think for yourself. Shut up and put up with it is the only approach that works for long term employees. Talented and experienced employees come and go, younger employees that do not know any better tend to stay.
