      Pay, flexible schedule, that's about it.

      Everything else... Nonexistent interview process and training, poor management, misinformed and uninformed, deplorable and disorganized work environment (at the facility), the list goes on.

      Steadily growing nationwide, high values, average wages, great administrative support, flexibility

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to contact supervisors (they are remote), salary could be increased to stay competitive, program used for documentation is not reliable-Everything else is exceptional
