Great people with a wonderful culture. Super team oriented and fun. Awesome leadership providing mentorship while also always being open to new ideas from everyone. Excellent opportunity for growth professionally and personally. Really great overall compensation package, especially the salary + commission structure. The harder you work and the better you get at what you do the more money you make (and for many that's quite a lot)! Plus, there's unlimited time off and everyone on quota goes on a really amazing all expenses paid tropical vacation.

My last commission check was much higher than I expected. All the research I did on the potential new cars I was looking to buy is out the window now and I have to start all over in a higher class of vehicle...
