Very bureaucratic. Company does hire enough people so you work over time and are under constant pressure to meet deadlines that are not realistic for a 40 hour work week. I worked 60 hours a week on average, received little training on company best practices, compensation was way below market. They lied and said I would be based out of Raleigh but it was actually Wilson, completely untenable drive.
