I've worked in the banking industry for over 15 years. Never thought the day would come when behaviors such as, being on time for work, rarely calling off, focusing on details to keep bank losses down and excellent audit reviews, being a team player by helping out where needed, making referrals that Benefits the clients, being dependable and reliable. Those attributes possess little to no affect in your performance review. I made a few irm referrals but not enough to get a rating above unsatisfactory. My former manager said it is totally about the numbers!!! Needless to say I resigned and is currently working for a bank that appreciate excellent work ethics and it is a very important part of our overall yearly performance review đź‘Ź. Just received my yearly performance review, my overall rating is exceed expectations, although i did not hit all of my goals numbers!!It feels wonderful to be appreciated!!!!!
