Pros

Just started working here. Will update as time goes on. Still in my training. They have a very excellent training program which make sure that you know everything that you need to know before your start. It's all about how much you're willing to put in to learning the business. 1. Love pets by everyone that works there. 2. The benefits are very excellent which helps to compensate for the Low starting out salary. 3. Good coffemachines that make a variety of coffee offered for free which is not very common these days. 4. Free parking, childcare, the ability to bring your pets to work. 5. They try to fit your schedule to your liking based on their needs. 6. Did ability to get to know and like all the employees Pets.

Cons

Just a couple minor cons. The current building their in is beyond its time and is going to be torn down when they move to the Georgetown area. They have no match on their 401(k) plan very unusual for a Company with the amount of employees they have. Current software programs are a little bit behind times and a little bit clunky and do not communicate well together

Pros

Very good benefits, especially PTO / Great coworkers with shared "values" (outside of upper mgmt) / Remote Help pets every day

Cons

The co has become another typical corporate greed - no longer cares about customer or staff experience, only the bottom line. Charges premium prices for not so premium insurance, with progressive cut backs in coverage yet continuous policy increases in much too large of percentage (as an employee, I could never afford my own plan). They used to be fantastic, progressive and all-inclusive. Now they keep hide their true behaviors behind a cloak of "transparency" and have lost sight of their own values.
