Pros
People can bring their dogs (and cats) to work, there is dog walking too. The product is top notch, best there is. The concept and what Trupanion offers pet owners is why most of us are trying to stick it out here. There is hope that things will improve....
Cons
The pay and work load ratios are ridiculous (over worked, under paid) The executives and VPs are totally out of touch with reality. They only seem to care about themselves and are unable to relate with those below them. The environment here is chaotic. Ideas, initiatives, goals are always changing and communicated poorly to employees. The environment here encourages passive aggressive complaining/whining by employee's who don't get their way (which happens all the time). Employees are encouraged to "be who you are" ... even if that means you are a jerk, lazy, abrasive etc. most employee are not held accountable and point fingers at others. This starts from the top and trickles down....
