Pros
I’ve never felt so valued as an employee. Managers are constantly checking in and making sure you feel heard. All sorts of bonus’ and reward systems built in to benefit you. Everyone’s insanely nice and the dogs in the office are a constant comfort. Hard to have a bad day when you’re surrounded by puppers! :) The job itself is fairly enjoyable as well. There’s a lot of room for critical thinking and empathy. The call center is not scripted so it gives you a lot of room to be yourself.
Cons
The training period is very long. I understand it because there’s a lot of information to take in but I wish I’d been warned a bit more about the 2+ months of training. Like others, I also feel the salary is bit low. We do really difficult work and it would be nice to be compensated a bit more w/o having to rely on fluctuating bonus’. Or at least a bit more transparency about what to expect in terms of salary.
