Working from home. Salary wasn’t bad.
Cons
Depending on the department you had to do everything yourself and couldn’t transfer clients to someone to have them explain why something was the way it is. Like claims didn’t take phone calls so you’d have to explain everything and then also send follow up emails to some clients explaining why things happened the way they did and you didn’t always have enough time to go through your emails because of how busy the calls would be
