Benefits are decent if you’re single. If you need to add a spouse or child, it’s awful

Wow. Where do I begin? I used to LOVE working for Trupanion. I wanted it to be my career for the rest of my life. As soon as Margi took over things went downhill. She only cares about $$. It’s very clear we were nothing but numbers on a spreadsheet to her. She took away benefits and incentives. She wants work done cheaper and faster. The whole temperature of the company changed and it just got worse and worse.
