If you are passionate about helping animals and you are highly driven and flexible with change, Trupanion in an amazing place to work! I started here entry level 5+ years ago and have worked my way to a manager level obtaining an invaluable skill set. From my experience, there are endless opportunities for career advancement, and you can bring your dog, cat, and kid to work!
Cons
Fast growth can come with poor planning. I think we're getting better at it, but there have definitely been some growth pains.
