Pros
Lots of PTO, good benefits, and I generally enjoy my job.
Cons
They’ve changed our pay structure recently but it only benefits less productive employees. It resulted in a substantial pay cut for me. Feels like being penalized for being good at my job. They talk a lot about how to move up in the company but so far almost half of my coworkers that have gotten promoted ended up being laid off when they decided they didn’t need that position anymore. Job security is important to me so I skip promotion opportunities because my position is relatively safe.
