Cons

Sometimes long hours are required to ensure commitment to client needs are being met. HR Business Partners work at multiple locations. Working with multiple clients requires a great deal of attention to detail and peak time management skills. Some people thrive under these conditions and love the variety of experience and sense of accomplishment they gain, while others are not cut out for it. If you don't enjoy working with a variety of diverse clients and having a broad spectrum of responsibilities, Trupp HR is not the place for you.

Pros

* Great Work-Life Balance * Amazing Manager * Leadership That Actually Cares * Transparent and Honest Communication * Competitive Pay * You Are a Person First, Employee Second * The Best Work Culture I Have Ever Experienced!

Cons

The only cons I can think of is I wish we had a little more PTO. But with the flexibility offered, it works out! And because it is a fairly small company, career advancement opportunities are few but people are promoted from within often and you are given many opportunities to expand your skills and grow within your position.

It’s wonderful to know that your manager and our leadership team have helped create that experience for you. While being a smaller company means there are some natural limitations, we’re committed to providing flexibility, promoting from within, and giving our team members meaningful opportunities to grow their skills and advance when possible. We’re so glad you’re part of the Trüpp team; your contributions are a big part of what makes our culture so awesome!

Pros

This is a friendly company full of upbeat people, and the work is fully remote, which is nice. They also strive for full transparency about salaries.

Cons

I really enjoyed my time with Trupp HR but it ended very suddenly. I was concerned that I wasn't performing well, and asked my supervisor about this several times, but I was always told things were fine. Then one day I was fired suddenly -- no warning, no chance for an improvement plan -- and this came less than 24 hours after my supervisor and I laid out plans for our work over the next three months. So, something happened. But there was no transparency here. It was a shock.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re so glad you found our team to be welcoming and supportive, and that you valued the transparency and flexibility we strive to provide. We’re sorry that the conclusion of your time with us felt abrupt. While we approach performance conversations differently during the introductory period of employment than we do with tenured team members, we know how important clear communication is at every stage. Our intent is always to make feedback positive and constructive, providing educational opportunities, practical tools, and training. We regret if this led to a lack of clarity in your experience. We truly appreciate the contributions you made during your time at Trüpp and wish you the very best in your career ahead.
