Pros

Trupp HR is a great company to work for. Work Environment: The offices are clean, comfortable and modern. Leadership and management are friendly and approachable. There is a strong team focus with an emphasis on collaboration and self-motivation. Performance expectations are clearly defined and communicated. Innovative ideas and approaches are encouraged and rewarded. Employees are held to high standards and a are expected to perform at peak levels but are given praise for their efforts and accomplishments. Team members, including leadership, work well together in a relaxed yet professional environment. There's definitely a sense of camaraderie and support, that your contributions are appreciated, and that you're part of an innovative, forward-moving company. Salary & Benefits: Trupp HR offers competitive wages with a generous employee-centric benefits package that embraces equality including domestic partnerships. Employees are given input into rewards package improvements and efforts are made by management to enhance benefits regularly as the company grows. As a newer company, Trupp HR's total rewards package is able to compete favorably with larger and older organizations, proving their commitment to making Trupp HR a great place to work. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy a friendly, hip work environment, like to work with multiple companies, and are committed to contributing to the success of the clients you work with, Trupp HR is the employer for you.

Cons

Sometimes long hours are required to ensure commitment to client needs are being met. HR Business Partners work at multiple locations. Working with multiple clients requires a great deal of attention to detail and peak time management skills. Some people thrive under these conditions and love the variety of experience and sense of accomplishment they gain, while others are not cut out for it. If you don't enjoy working with a variety of diverse clients and having a broad spectrum of responsibilities, Trupp HR is not the place for you.

Best Place I Have Ever Worked

Pros

I have never before worked at a place where I respect so many of my co-workers. The team at Trupp HR is smart, good at what they do, and care deeply about providing the best service to our clients. I like working for a company where I can be proud of what we do and how we do it. Trupp HR also cares about its employees. We are always looking for ways to capitalize on each team members strengths and interests, and to celebrate individual successes.

Cons

The work at Trupp HR is challenging (something I like). It is not a place for those who want to coast through their work day. We work hard and we don't settle for "good enough". But we do it as a team (more than any other place I have ever worked) and we manage to have fun in the process.

Pros

This is the place you want to be if you, like me, need to have a consistent work flow and a growing list of accomplishments to achieve. It's also a great place for those whose brains must, in order to remain sharp, be able to switch gears completely from one day to the next. I love the way that they reward resiliency, adaptability, and individuals that constantly push to deliver outstanding work products. I also love the fact that the HR services provided also include aspects of business and organization development. It's this last piece that drew me to TruppHR and makes me want to stay.

Cons

While not a con for me, I would say that this is likely not the place for those who want to 'try out' what it's like to be a consultant. True to form for consulting, the pace of this job may overwhelm less experienced, or more experienced but less adaptable, HR professionals.
