      Location, office space and worked with some good clients.

      Cons

      Awful, biased company to work for. The environment was toxic, which was not helped by management, not correcting or calling out the poor behaviour of “the favourites”.

      Pros

      Working for Soda has been a dream! Our corporate social responsibility and DE&I initiatives are unlike any other in the industry. I've been given clear outlines for career progression and I truly feel like the entire team is rooting for everyone's success. I'm so excited for our massive growth journey in the Los Angeles office and to continue working with the most exciting tech companies on the West Coast.

      Cons

      The LA office is small, but this isn't really a con since it's such a tight-knit, personal team.
