Pros

I enjoy working at Trust Keith because it's a friendly and exciting environment. No two days are the same. Despite being fully remote, the team is close and the monthly team days are a great time to catch up with each other. It's a supportive place and everyone is enthusiastic to help each other out. The customers are all lovely and it's a pleasure to work with them. There are training and development opportunities and the flexitime arrangements enable a good work/life balance.

Cons

Can't think of any just now

Pros

Your probation period is really lovely. You work remotely on the whole, which works when you have a family.

Cons

Once your probation period ends your job completely changes, as do the goal posts you are assigned and things are enforced upon you. My manager’s manager was less qualified than staff at a lower grade than they were. You get a pension and that’s it. No other benefits that you may need. There’s a huge lack of support and if you’re not “Keith” material you are ostracised.

Pros

The company culture is focused really heavily on employee growth and engagement, which has been really amazing to see. Leadership really seems to care about your development as a person and work hard to support you and keep you accountable to yourself. Flexi-time and remote working are amazing for being able to have a good work-life balance, and monthly team-days in person mean you don't miss out on that face-to-face connection with your colleagues. I think about once a month in an office is perfect for me, and I really enjoy those more social working days. The team is the absolute stand-out feature at Trust Keith. Every individual truly embodies the key values of the company and are all incredibly hard working, friendly and funny people. I've never enjoyed working with a team as much as I have here, and every single member is a true asset to the company.

Cons

Working remotely means you don't get to see colleagues face to face, and it can take a bit longer to get to know everyone personally. I work best when left to my own devices, but I could see how some would find that challenging. As a start-up there is always something going on and you do need to work at pace to keep the business growing.
