      Pros

      The occasional uber-eats gift cards were nice.

      Cons

      No 401K match. I am extremely displeased with a variety of things from my time here. The layoffs were a blindside since our CEO had told us only a week prior we would not be doing layoffs and I was at the top of my team numbers-wise. Overworked, underpaid, favoritism, the usual. Drink the kool-aid or get out.

Layoffs are never an easy decision to make, and we apologize that you felt blindsided by that decision. We will review our communication strategies to see what improvements we can make overall.

      Flexibility with scheduling when you do your work

      Understaffed No ability to move up No ability to work for different teams internally No salary review or adjustment No 401k match Workloads can be extreme at times Unlimited PTO only works when you have staffing coverage Overall health and dental benefits are average at best You'll spend most of your time working on generative AI Company is directionless
