Pros
The only pro I have for Trustco is that I had some great coworkers, despite their absolute no-standards hiring practices. Some exceptional people get hired along with useless, unqualified people.
Cons
Poor training, horrible company culture, and they do not care about people at all. Trustco Bank is a revolving door and customers always complain about all the new people.
