Pros
Most of the employees are very informal and easy to talk too. The health insurance was good at one point, it kept changing every year. Some of the managers and VPs actually care. Banking hours are great.
Cons
They work you to the bone and then don't allow overtime. The pay is less than every other bank, most people get their experience and then leave. My department downsized from 6 to 4 because our VP took our people for her other department and then didn't replace any of them.
