Pros
They will fully train you in the ways of old fashioned banking. The customers, once warmed up to you will turn into the best part of your day. They are a true community bank.
Cons
You will go a few hours a day without any customers and when you do finally get someone through the door the other two tellers in the line are doing what they can as well to service them. This is not out of competition but sheer boredom. Be careful of who you are working with and the conversations you have. Everything you say can and will be used against you.
