They often ignore the greater issues or causes for concern and offer “solutions” by means of wasteful spending that portray a caring image to outsiders in the ways of catered lunches and inconvenient corporate events rather than focus on adequate staffing, fair pay, clear communication, measurable expectations and a competitive benefits package.
