Horrible place to work - Universal Banker Trustco Bank Employee Review

There’s a reason why this company has a high turnover rate for employees. They do not care about the employees mental health or well-being. They make you jump through hoops to take time off. They make you go above and beyond while paying you the bare minimum. The HR department is useless and non-existent. They hire any and everybody in those same people quit a month after working there. I don’t care how desperate you are for money, this is not the place to work. They also have horrible benefits.
