Pros
Banking hours, friendly staff, family environment. I love my job and I didn't think I would. Products are easy to learn, job is easy to learn. Benefits are great for everyone.
Cons
Outdated systems, lack of training, Turnover, Lazy employees. Proper training is key. No one really gets it but hopefully have helpful staff to help them learn.
