Pros
There is tea and coffee in the kitchen.
Cons
This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. It fully deservers its reputation as a toxic employer that pays its staff poorly and prioritises lining the pockets of the directors over everything else. They love to talk about how they are an employee owned trust (EOT), but this is just meaningless PR, the reality of it is that they are now able to pay their staff a lower base salary with the promise that maybe you will get a profit share. The only people guaranteed a bonus from profit is the directors who pay themselves first, then, if anything is left they may pay out the remainder to staff. Do not trust when they try and oversell the benefit of profit share, it has not been paid out in the past as we have been told the company did not make enough profit, even though the directors are on six figure salaries and somehow found enough profit to pay themselves a bonus. There is absolutely no flexibility when it comes to working here. Need to work from home because your child is sick? Tough, come into the office or face a HR disciplinary. Need to come in fifteen minutes late to drop your kids off at school? Tough, come in at the normal time or face a HR disciplinary. Staff turnover is such an issue it affects the continuity of work on projects as people leave so often its rare to have the same team from start to finish. Morale is so low its an open secret that most people are looking for jobs elsewhere, with people regularly whatsapping each other about other opportunities and sharing news of who is recruiting so that they can get out of this place as soon as possible. Getting promotions or the best roles is based on who you know or how loyal you are to the directors, as this usually results in pretty unqualified people finding themselves in senior positions they do what they can to protect themselves and there is a heavy culture or blame and favouritism. This is the only place I worked where having qualifications actually puts you at a disadvantage as management will see your skills as a threat not a benefit. The companies HR team regularly posts fake five star review here attacking staff who have left as disgruntled or not good enough at their job, the reality is the only positive reviews here are left by managed to try to apply damage control to their poor reputation. Go back and look at how many over the top positive five star review were left over the summer of 2025 to see how deceptive the management of this company is to try and mislead people into working here. This is representative of what it is like working here, a deluded group of directors who treat the flood of people leaving as everyone else’s fault but their own.
