Pros

Trustpilot is a product you can genuinely believe in. The core value proposition for enterprise clients is real and defensible, and the brand carries weight in the market. The international work environment is stimulating, the average colleague quality is high, and at team level the company values are more than just words on a wall - they actually shape how people treat each other day to day. Recognition culture exists and, when it works, works well.

Cons

The main tension is between what gets decided at leadership level and what actually works in the field - particularly in segments with dynamics that don't always match the assumptions behind global strategy. When strategic direction shifts, it tends to arrive as a fait accompli rather than a conversation, and the feedback loop between senior ICs who know their segments deeply and the people setting targets is thinner than it should be. This creates friction that isn't about effort or capability - it's about alignment. Quarterly pressure can also produce a short-term focus that feels disconnected from the realities of enterprise selling cycles. The company has a strong set of stated values, and at team level they still mean something. Higher up, though, they seem to carry less weight when they come into tension with business pressure - particularly when it comes to employee wellbeing. The gap between what is communicated and what is practiced has become harder to ignore.

Pros

Good co workers and causal work environment. Tenured reps are able to see majority of sales floor success.

Cons

Morale has never been lower on the commercial side, driven by senior leadership has never been worse. Terrible track record of bringing in external talent and and getting them to be successful.If your looking for your next sales role look elsewhere
