Worse mistake of my life was taking this job. They are always rushing around trying to find any work to do because they never have enough. People are brought on than let go so they can complete projects on time. They get away with this because they use outside agencies to hire and you can be fired for any reason with in six months. They don’t pay fair wages and if your a women you get less. I had put up a stink about my pay and they said they fix it than less than a week later I was fired. They made some a pathetic excuse. Each department blames the others for work not being done or pushing it off on others. It’s definitely a boys club. To get a head you have to act like one of the guys and if you don’t your out of there so fast. They depend on one contract so desperately that if anything happened to it they would go out of business. It’s a horrible company and environment. Do yourself a favor and don’t work there. There are better jobs in the industry.
