A few good co workers, easy work and laid back atmosphere(sometimes)

Too many to list, but can agree with the other 1 star comments to the T. No direction, no safety plan in progress, no inventory control, no real management team, inexperienced, no credit given for hard work, no good pay, even with a lot of experience, you're expected to be at a starting wage of and entry level worker with no experience, no accountability within their walls, but plenty of finger pointing and blame. No day to day management involvement at unless there is a customer complaint, expectations for a high production level that's not attainable due to the lack of man power, expected to give your all with nothing given back in return.
