Manager leaves in the middle of the day every day. Is gone for hours. If he comes back at the end of the day, he reeks of booze. Generally it's an unsafe and unprofessional work environment

Management either doesn't communicate, or if it does, it constantly contradicts itself so nobody knows what they're supposed to be doing. Asks people to work weekends and holidays with no prior notice. Constantly flip flops and lies to cover for incompetence. Production schedule is dictated by sales and office staff who have no idea what the inventory is or how long anything takes to do. There's no one in charge of the shop area, it's a free for all.
