It's not a con per se, but the "tech" part of this fintech startup practically fell off due to business reasons, so as far as I know they are not hiring any new technical staff anymore.

Tough time to be raising investment but if anyone can do it this team will. Very fast paced and dynamic startup so won't suit everyone.
