Pros
- Transparency and clear communications from the top down. Not once at any point in time I've had been misled or been questioning what was going on inside the company. - Great CEO. - Great product team. - Emphasis on the small size and efficiency of the team, commitment to the "hire fast, fire fast" principle. - Fair pay, flexible hours.
Cons
It's not a con per se, but the "tech" part of this fintech startup practically fell off due to business reasons, so as far as I know they are not hiring any new technical staff anymore.

Great team, super passionate about what they do. Building a really innovative business
Cons
Tough time to be raising investment but if anyone can do it this team will. Very fast paced and dynamic startup so won't suit everyone.
