Pros
Sales requirements to stay active are just high enough to encourage some activity, but not high enough that it is un-achievable. GREAT sales incentives and rewards. Growth potential. Works the phrase "you get out of it what you put into it" very well.
Cons
It can be a lot of "stuff" to have and carry places with you. Its easy to get caught in a replacement trap, where everyone wants to warranty items and nobody wants to buy anything. Sales can greatly depend on how the media is portraying the economy.
