Learned a lot, fair employer but be ready to roll up your sleeves. Weak teammates, unskilled, or freeloaders are quickly removed. Rewarded with free flight training so that's a plus.

Company structure is not adapted for entry level personnel but more experienced pilots/technicians.

Get to see the aircraft a lot because they are never in the air.

Pay is always extremely late and eventually, it ceases to exist. Corporate culture is toxic. Never a clear direction on job duties. Everything operates in silos with minimum communication as to what needs to be accomplished. Shady business practices and dealings. Interesting to read the other reviews as this was the repeated story over and over. Stay far away from this company, the shiny object is actually a black hole.
