Pros

Learned a lot, fair employer but be ready to roll up your sleeves. Weak teammates, unskilled, or freeloaders are quickly removed. Rewarded with free flight training so that's a plus.

Cons

Company structure is not adapted for entry level personnel but more experienced pilots/technicians.

Pros

You get a nice ego inflated tour from the current boss.

Cons

All you get is the tour. Rarely do they get back to you. Employees quit with enough time from delinquent pay and shady boss tactics from "Ed" the current boss. They love to talk about themselves and their airplanes. Thats it.

There were no pros with this company

Cons

The boss was shady and everything that was promised when accepting the offer was never fulfilled (for ex. paychecks were almost always late, no benefits, HR was hard to get in contact with, boss did not care about his employees, money was scammed out of paycheck)
