Pros
Great Co-workers and reason number one. Inclusive culture welcomes people from many different backgrounds. Family friendly environment. Great product (the pizzas!). Good pay from tip sharing, and employment in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Seattle.
Cons
High stress environment; servers are expected to juggle multiple tables, serve up gelato and other dishes themselves, and largely bus their own area of the dining room. No opportunity for advancement, since each location only has one or two managers, making barista work the only advancement opportunity.
