Pros

Great Co-workers and reason number one. Inclusive culture welcomes people from many different backgrounds. Family friendly environment. Great product (the pizzas!). Good pay from tip sharing, and employment in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Seattle.

Cons

High stress environment; servers are expected to juggle multiple tables, serve up gelato and other dishes themselves, and largely bus their own area of the dining room. No opportunity for advancement, since each location only has one or two managers, making barista work the only advancement opportunity.

Pros

Great values, and a great place to get experience if you are new to the restaurant service community! Tip share allows you to work days or nights with the same payout, and generous benefits i.e. pizza and few extra pounds.

Cons

Because everyone shares the tips its hard for this company to find and keep good talent, turnover is high, server sections are demanding, and if you're a talented server you pick up the slack from those who can't.

Pros

Pays well, flexible schedule, lots of great coworkers, overall fun job. usually very busy, so you learn to become an efficient server/bartender pretty quickly.

Cons

corporate policies are a bit much. they have high standards but implementation strategies are not great. as with many restaurants, managers are not the best at building up their employees and carrying positive attitudes as leaders.
