Zero training guides or implementation when starting a position. Very little communication amongst middle management and Leadership that causes confusion amongst employees. Leadership is unfamiliar with systems and processes and unable to educate/train employees on using systems. Clear path of growth for those that are favored by Directors, otherwise no opportunity for growth in the company. Ambiguity with pay, annual reviews, and bonus structure leaving large pay gaps btwn positions for people with more experience but less time with the company and vice versa. Very expensive health benefits A less than satisfactory 401k option Overall disappointment in leadership considering the CEO is a Republican State Senator in health care and voted to take away healthcare from over 40 million Americans.
