9yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We agree that sitting here in our winter coats for 3 weeks until the utility company resolved their issue outside of our building was a challenge for us all. We thank our entire team for their can do attitude in getting through this time in less than ideal conditions, using the personal space heaters and hand warmers we provided, they all demonstrated a true winning spirit. As a thank you, our employees all recently enjoyed a day off during this unseasonably warm weather in appreciation of their commitment!
Rewarding our creative and product management team for their extremely hard work in completing one of our biggest catalog launches of the year with a group lunch is only one of the few ways we appreciated our full time employees. We apologize that it was not made clear to the freelancers with us that day as to why they were not invited to this preplanned offsite lunch. We have taken your comment to heart and will work harder on our communication and transparency.
Our mission is to create loyal Two’s Fans forever, we apologize that we did not inspire that in you. Your comments are appreciated and we will continue to work towards that mission. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
