Pros

Outside sales rep works independently to sell specialty retailers. Base salary plus commission with draw and monthly expense allowance with company provided laptop and samples.

Cons

Base salary is low at $24,000 with slim hopes of making much commission in dwindling gift industry selling small mom and pop shops that don't want to take time out of their day to meet, when they can order through company website, don't have money, don't pay bills, and are unhappy with turnover, and poor quality products that are sold through other companies. Long hours to travel territory 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and then work at night to recap sales activities in computer and plan for next day visits, drop ins, cold calls and appointments.

Pros

Friendly co-workers Easy commute 9-5 work hours

Cons

• Unprofessional • Unorganized • No integrity • Upper management is understaffed • No work to be done you will sit around doing nothing and get paid for it, there is no direction at all from upper management because they have no time to look at your work/help you or even sit you down and talk to you. • Employees had to work in their winter coats for an entire month because they wouldn't get the heat fixed • While there they invited the entire office out to lunch except the freelancers (x3 people) made them take their lunches while everyone got up and left to go eat for two hours without them If you're looking for a professional, serious work enviroment I suggest you keep looking they will string you along until they don't need you anymore and don't even have the decency/integrity to let you go to your face. They have "trial" periods where you are supposed to prove yourself but you really just sit around all day doing nothing with NO direction from upper management and get paid for it because they have no time for you at all (basically throwing their money away) I never even had an interview, they never looked at my portfolio/resume and/or called my references and let me go based on my experience which I have 5+ years of.They are constantly posting ads on job sites looking for employees because their turnover is so high...do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We agree that sitting here in our winter coats for 3 weeks until the utility company resolved their issue outside of our building was a challenge for us all. We thank our entire team for their can do attitude in getting through this time in less than ideal conditions, using the personal space heaters and hand warmers we provided, they all demonstrated a true winning spirit. As a thank you, our employees all recently enjoyed a day off during this unseasonably warm weather in appreciation of their commitment! Rewarding our creative and product management team for their extremely hard work in completing one of our biggest catalog launches of the year with a group lunch is only one of the few ways we appreciated our full time employees. We apologize that it was not made clear to the freelancers with us that day as to why they were not invited to this preplanned offsite lunch. We have taken your comment to heart and will work harder on our communication and transparency. Our mission is to create loyal Two’s Fans forever, we apologize that we did not inspire that in you. Your comments are appreciated and we will continue to work towards that mission. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
