No room for growth - Anonymous employee Tx3 Services Employee Review

There is little to no room for improvement or growth. Company expects you to work over 40 hours a week and do more than the expected job. No bonus or raises at the end of year. Poor internal communication within the corporate office. Management does not do a good job and the company is bias and picks favorites.
