Pros
4 day work week (but there are cons to this too)
Cool brands to work with
Cons
Ego maniac leadership
No trust or autonomy in staff from leadership
No freedom of thought
4 day work week is used as a bargaining chip to stop people leaving but this is only if you earn in and even then most people work the fifth day anyway
Constant promises and backtracking (company shares, company perks like gym membership, spotify premium)
No company perks at all but not paid fairly compared to similar roles
Constant over-promising to clients, then not communicating to the team so we're left looking like idiots on client calls
Overly project managed so no ability to provide the best for clients, just do the tasks that are 'in-scope' whether they are valuable to clients or not
Very high staff churn rate so no one feels comfortable or safe in their jobs
Lying to staff about why people have been fired or left 'gross misconduct' when really they were been put on gardening leave and paid off
