Pros

- 4-day work week (not really as you’re spread so thin until you have no will and energy) - Great people to work with (not including the CEO) - Somehow manages to employ great people probably based on the same lies given to every prospective employee.

Cons

- CEO is very manipulative and deceptive and lies through his teeth internally and externally to clients. - The CEO gives false promises to clients and expects the team to deliver unrealistic goals and gets verbally aggressive when clients are unhappy. - Expect to manage and work across 8/10 accounts without being able to dedicate time and care to all accounts. - The CEO has no accountability for his actions as the company has no HR team to mediate or say what is legally right or wrong. - Fire people without remorse and intimidate them through lies by falsely stating negligence despite clear evidence to the contrary. - Willing to fire people without fair cause and will lie about it internally to the team and externally to clients (witnessed multiple times good people get fired under false pretences) - CEO is a control freak and doesn't like to relinquish responsibility to people he has employed as specialists. No trust in the people he employed!

CEO here - We haven't let anyone go since the pandemic and there has only been one misconduct case in 2019, so I'm not sure what this is referring to. Our NPS score for last quarter had 70% promoters, 20% passives and 10% detractors. We're not perfect but we're not this hateful characterisation.

Pros

- 4 day work week (if you earn it) - Great team members keeping the lights on

Cons

- Poorly run volatile company - Callous and temperamental management - Lack of leadership, often confused with ego - No job descriptions or career progression - Little free thought or autonomy; templated hell - No job security; tenured employees fired at will and lied about - Lots of talk + promises; little followthrough - Perks are 'earned' and wrapped around stringent policies - Lack of support and training for all levels of staff

Pros

4 day work week (but there are cons to this too) Cool brands to work with

Cons

Ego maniac leadership No trust or autonomy in staff from leadership No freedom of thought 4 day work week is used as a bargaining chip to stop people leaving but this is only if you earn in and even then most people work the fifth day anyway Constant promises and backtracking (company shares, company perks like gym membership, spotify premium) No company perks at all but not paid fairly compared to similar roles Constant over-promising to clients, then not communicating to the team so we're left looking like idiots on client calls Overly project managed so no ability to provide the best for clients, just do the tasks that are 'in-scope' whether they are valuable to clients or not Very high staff churn rate so no one feels comfortable or safe in their jobs Lying to staff about why people have been fired or left 'gross misconduct' when really they were been put on gardening leave and paid off
